True-centre Auto Service is more than a multi generational family business. It's a business that is quickly moving into the next gen of car care. They have state of the art equipment and know how to use it to look after my vehicle, 5 star customer service, and I leave the visit feeling looked after. It was very pleasant and personal. Even during my wait I had access to shuttle service, pop, water, juice, coffee, candy, and popcorn. All free! I can see why this business has held onto customers generation after generation! In years to come people will be taking their flying saucers for servicing I'm sure!!! Keep up the great work. I'll be back.

I was very recently passing through North Bay, The last stretch of a 4 Day drive from Saskatchewan on my way to see My mama, who is in the hospital, When the front left wheel bearing crapped out on my truck… Definitely not what I needed! I was in panic mode and stressed out big time, but Lexi was such a sweetheart, and managed to fit me in right away with Jason On a Monday morning and got me back on the road Within hours! I really appreciate you guys so much! Thank you again!

Need to add here, I am recently widowed and it's the first time I've never felt taken advantage in this situation. We will be booking intervals to get my vehicle totally repaired !!!! Recently got new tires and brake work, and I'll absolutely be going back. The mechanics know what they're doing, and the service advisors are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even have comfortable waiting room with drinks and snacks. If you don't have time to wait, they'll arrange either a ride or a loaner car. Car problems suck, but these folks make it a lot easier.

Had a couple of visits to True-Centre Auto Service and the service continues to be respectful and helpful. Buying a used vehicle sometimes can be stressful as you are unaware if or what could go wrong. This happen to me twice and this centre made sure they found exactly what was wrong and communicated with me before they proceeded with a price expectation for repair. This shop is great at finding issues I wasn't aware of, but needed addressing. They don't recommend unnecessary work. Very fair prices and people who are pleasant to deal with. Detailed reports of work done, they even send a video clip of what needs to be worked on.

The car was spotless when returned, and I was very impressed. I'll definitely be back. As a nice touch, they even left a pack of gum in the car—not necessary, but a thoughtful gesture.😁

Great honest service from all staff. We brought in a 2019 Micra thinking the transmission was done. Turns out it was the lines. Could of cost t thousands of dollars but it was less then 1000$. Can't express how relieved I was. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE. Eric

1st time going to true center auto and I was blown away. Very friendly and welcoming, they were knowledgeable and able to provide a rough cost before going in and stayed true to the cost, the car was clean when we got it back (in the past at other auto places there has been grease on the seat etc.), and they called to schedule a pickup as soon as the vehicle was done instead of waiting until the end of the day. Very impressed and we will be going back. Not to mention the pack of gum that was left for us in the car, not necessary but very nice perk.
