Toyota Service in North Bay, ON

Yes, you were travelling back home to New Brunswick. Our tire sensor light came on saying low tire pressure. We were in North Bay on Highway 11 when we seen the sign true centre tire repair. The three ladies working the reception desk was able to book us in right away. The technician (Alex) was able to locate and repair the slow leak. All of the staff at true centre are knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and treated us great. we’re on our way in under an hour great staff.

2000% recommend!!!! By far the BEST service I have ever received from a shop!!!! They truly take pride in caring for their customers and their vehicles. They are very thorough in their inspections of vehicles. They also provide pictures and videos. As someone who needs & wants to know everything about her vehicle this is great! They are very transparent about EVERYTHING!!!
Kaylee, the service manager has gone above and beyond for me. She's very personable and understanding and very knowledgeable as well. Shawn was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, and although I didn't speak with him personally he took great care of my van for me. I did meet one of their other mechanics named Cody, who took me for a drive in my van because of a concern I was having and upon him driving it, he was able to notice what I was noticing. The folks at true centre definitely know their stuff. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy shop with excellent customer service, look no further! These are the people that you want working on your vehicle.

We were travelling on hwy 69 and broke down. We decided to have the truck towed to True Centre in North Bay as it was highly recommended to us by family. Not knowing what to expect we were told it was an electrical problem which was easily diagnosed and repaired by Cody in a day which was important to us as we were travelling. Shout out to reception for updating us as soon as possible on the repairs that were done. Now we will be recommending True Centre to others. Prices were very reasonable and service was very friendly and honest by all. I would definitely recommend True Centre if you are tired of dealers rates. Thank you Alex and entire team for making this a great experience.

Very friendly staff, especially Crystal and their fantastic manager Kaylee. Easily the best automotive repair shop that I've visited in the North Bay area.

Complimentary loaner vehicles are available, free shuttle service in town, and there is even a slushie machine and other complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. What more could you ask for?

First time customer. Their staff is very friendly. Provided good customer service with a smile. Staff took time to explain the issues they discovered, and explained all charges. They listened to my concerns, and addressed them right away.

I had a great experience with Alex during my car purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me inspect the vehicle from a mechanical point of view before I made my decision. He carefully checked the engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and other important components, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand.
His honest advice gave me confidence that I was making the right choice, and he never rushed or pressured me. If you’re buying a used car and want someone who genuinely looks out for your best interests, I highly recommend Alex. His expertise and attention to detail made the whole process much less stressful.

Always had great service there for the 30 years I have been using them. The ladies at the front are always so nice and polite too. The service manager comes and explains everything to you and the mechanics are always top notch on the repairs.

True-Centre is now my go-to garage. They work well with my warranty and do a lot of the heavy lifting concerning insurance and coverage of work. I also really appreciate the diagnostic report being emailed to me, so I have a clear picture of what is going to need work and what should be prioritized.

I love that they loan a car out to you if you need work on your vehicle but need transportation; this has been a life saver for me as I drive to Temiscaming and back everyday. The mechanics also have no issue explaining things if needed and a HUGE shout-out to Kalee as she's been a huge help in figuring stuff out for my car with scheduling and warranty coverage. The waiting room also offers complimentary beverages; hot or cold. Their prices are a little higher than average garages in the area, but factoring in how smoothly things go with servicing, I don't mind paying a little bit more. They are a business, after all, and have to pay their employees.

True-centre Auto Service is more than a multi generational family business. It's a business that is quickly moving into the next gen of car care. They have state of the art equipment and know how to use it to look after my vehicle, 5 star customer service, and I leave the visit feeling looked after. It was very pleasant and personal. Even during my wait I had access to shuttle service, pop, water, juice, coffee, candy, and popcorn. All free! I can see why this business has held onto customers generation after generation! In years to come people will be taking their flying saucers for servicing I'm sure!!! Keep up the great work. I'll be back.

I booked an appointment with them for a rattling noise in my truck. They performed some inspections but couldn’t find anything wrong. However, they gave me some great advice, and the best part was that they didn’t charge me a dime! Unlike other shops that charge for a consultation right away, they were honest and helpful. I was very recently passing through North Bay, The last stretch of a 4 Day drive from Saskatchewan on my way to see My mama, who is in the hospital, When the front left wheel bearing crapped out on my truck… Definitely not what I needed! I was in panic mode and stressed out big time, but Lexi was such a sweetheart, and managed to fit me in right away with Jason On a Monday morning and got me back on the road Within hours! The staff was phenomenal !!! ... called me a cab to and from home ... sent me a very detailed, itemized text on what needed work and in which order. Need to add here, I am recently widowed and it's the first time I've never felt taken advantage in this situation. We will be booking intervals to get my vehicle totally repaired !!!! Recently got new tires and brake work, and I'll absolutely be going back. The mechanics know what they're doing, and the service advisors are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even have comfortable waiting room with drinks and snacks. If you don't have time to wait, they'll arrange either a ride or a loaner car. Car problems suck, but these folks make it a lot easier.
