My son had an issue with his car and because we are not from North Bay, I had to find a garage that I could trust. They were very pleasant to deal with, they were very quick at booking my son’s car in and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the photos with the estimate. It showed me what was needed to be repaired and the quote was very reasonable. If my son needs to have his car serviced again, we will not hesitate to go back. 1st time going to true center auto and I was blown away. Very friendly and welcoming, they were knowledgeable and able to provide a rough cost before going in and stayed true to the cost, the car was clean when we got it back (in the past at other auto places there has been grease on the seat etc.), and they called to schedule a pickup as soon as the vehicle was done instead of waiting until the end of the day. Very impressed and we will be going back. Not to mention the pack of gum that was left for us in the car, not necessary but very nice perk.

Brake failure happened just before new year, never been to Ttue-Centre Auto Service but they were open. Didn't promess me anything but offered to take vehicle in and look at it. I was having some confusing electrical issues with my car. Fixing one issue revealed another, and this happened a few times. At first I kind of thought I might be getting fleeced because I'm a woman and admittedly don't know much beyond the basics for that kind of thing. They were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle while the problems were sorted out and were able to clearly explain what they thought caused the failure, which helped clarify everything. By the time everything was said and done, the cost was reasonable, and the staff were pleasant to work with.
