Thank you first for the quick response during the Christmas Season and celebrations. After realizing my battery was on its last leg original to the 2015 Buick needed to be replaced after not starting on the Dec 22, a quick text to Alex was responded to and by early Dec 27 new battery, oil change and filter with full inspection will get me through another northern winter. Very great staff, but their pricing can be rather up there for no apparent reason. The work done is very good, but I've been quoted $1,500 to replace a blower motor for my 2009 Nissan Sentra, not exactly worth for a part that costs about $60-$120.

True-Centre provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. As a woman, I am very hesitant to trust any auto mechanic shop after having too many sexist, condescending, and paternalistic experiences. I was starting to feel like every time I tried a new shop, I was doing battle to be taken seriously by "the bros" and meticulously researching to avoid being taken advantage of. At True-Centre, I could finally relax! The service desk took the time to discuss my concerns, provide part options, explain the decisions to be made, and then ensured those parts arrived quickly. When issues on my car were found, the mechanic took the time to explain exactly what was happening on the vehicle and to explain what was a genuine safety concern to address immediately versus what could be addressed in more affordable ways while still maintaining my vehicle for the future. I felt like my safety was priority rather than making any exorbitant profits off me. During the entire process I did NOT once feel like I had to advocate for myself or remind people that I'm intelligent; in fact, I felt like the entire team was in my corner and we were working together to find solutions that worked for me. True-Centre has my business now because I know that I'm in the driver's seat the entire way. P.S., I do inclusivity work and I also have to give Kaylee a shout out for not assuming my identity, pronouns, or family life. In this day and age, creating that kind of safety is so important!

How much do I trust True Centre? enough to bring my new to me Jeep for routine winter maintenance and I still had two free oil changes were I bought my Jeep!
