We found this company on Google while traveling through North Bay recently. We needed a "Peace of mind" inspection and an oil change. Our vehicle is a 1987 Toyota van. Post inspection, we learned that some parts were needed in order to continue our journey to Nova Scotia. Monica was VERY helpful sourcing our parts which is not an easy endeavor! She was professional and kept us informed as our van was being serviced. Andre, the mechanic, is very skilled and his enthusiasm is so appreciated. He repaired and serviced our van and we made it safely back to NS without incident. My husband and I both highly recommend True Centre Auto Service. I especially like the Post Inspection Report! Was able to get an appointment much quicker than expected. Vehicle was quickly repaired while I waited and was given a 42 point inspection which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Found two items needed repair and appointment was arranged within a week. Was offered a courtesy vehicle again not expected but will use. Estimated cost seems reasonable as compared to dealer price in fact $800 cheaper. Been going to garages for $45+ years never received a goody bag on way home. Will definitely be back

I had the best service ever! I was provided with a shuttle to work that morning and when it came to come pick me up that afternoon their shuttle wasn’t available so they sent a cab at their cost. There was a report submitted by text and by email with pictures and extensive details of their findings. They also did an excellent follow up. The stickers for the next oil change and tire torque are clear and legible. The little goody bag and pack of gum in my vehicle was a nice touch.

Amazing experience here. Had some exhaust repairs required on a vehicle I had purchased used not too long ago and was feeling fairly stressed. Great service!! On our way home from a fishing trip realized the bearings in our boat trailer had failed. Staff were very kind, knowledgeable and quick when I came in for an oil change. Once the servicing on my car was complete, the front desk attendant went over some of the findings the technician had noted and why they were noteworthy but not necessarily important to do immediately. Moreover, they were not forceful at all when explaining those previous "additional issues" and made it very clear that these could wait for another time but to stay vigilant. Thank you so much for the all the care and consideration that went into taking care of my car!

Wow, I’m impressed! I called for an app and they got me in the next morning, did an inspection, told and even showed me the issues on screen and explained everything, did the repairs right after inspection and boom my car drives better than it did when I bought it! First time ever that I got a printed report with photos of what they did and what I need to consider doing next. I even enjoyed the company of the woman that shuttled me home while car was being repaired. All the staff I spoke too were great. All around a great experience and I’ll be going to them from now on! :) 10/10 highly recommend
