Full Auto Service in North Bay

I had a great experience at True Centre! My appointment started off on the right foot with Shane and it only got better from there. After delivering some not so great news about my vehicle - Shane was prepared with options and solutions to all my repair needs. He went above and beyond by helping me prioritize what needed to be completed first, find the most affordable yet safe parts, find repair financing assistance, and when I ultimately couldn't afford the repair at the time - he made sure I had all the information I needed to make my next decision already in my car for me! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my fob had died and the team were closing up. Shane and a few other staff whose names I unfortunately did not get, replaced my fob battery and stayed after close to make sure I was able to get my car running and get on my way before closing up. The team here are so kind and the definition of customer service! You can tell they care about what they do and notice the small things. I will recommend the angels at True Centre to anyone who will listen 😊

My car broke down on Thursday- my Papa’s celebration of life was on Friday- these guys went above and beyond to help me and my children so we wouldn’t miss it. Gave us a loaner car to travel further north -had my own car done before the end of the day-AND dropped it off to our hotel in north bay for me so I’d have it when I returned from the Celebration of Life. Beyond friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The tow truck driver who towed my car to their shop said “they’re good at what they do, you’re in good hands” and he didn’t lie. 12/10 miigwech True-Centre Auto Service.

Top notch service. I've used many shops in town and used to be in the automotive service industry for 12 years, True-Centre really succeeds where many many others fail. They provide the highest level of customer service, which is how they drive their success. Most places in town chase dollar metrics instead of voice of the customer KPIs, trying to get more and more hours per RO(repair order) which means the customers actual needs are always second to trying to sell them more work. More shops should follow True-Centres business model. I will be returning.

Drove my car in to get my clutch looked at first thing this morning. They covered the cab to go to work. Had the car ready by lunch time, and covered for my cab back. They were super communicative and unbelievably transparent with every little detail. Best service I have ever had in town, I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

True Centre , North Bay … will always be the auto service centre that I deal with . They have been maintaining my vehicle , as needed for maybe 5 years for sure….. Thank you first for the quick response during the Christmas Season and celebrations. After realizing my battery was on its last leg original to the 2015 Buick needed to be replaced after not starting on the Dec 22, a quick text to Alex was responded to and by early Dec 27 new battery, oil change and filter with full inspection will get me through another northern winter.
