Reliable Brake Pad Replacement Near Me In North Bay, ON

I recently used the services of True Center, and overall, I had a good experience. The staff were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciate their kindness and assistance. Thank you, True Center!

Fast, friendly, and honest service! I brought in my GMC Terrain in to have a tire pressure sensor replaced, the pricing was very fair. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, with refreshments available—and even a heated toilet seat, hee hee! 😄 It’s the little touches like that that show how much they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! PS: even a pack of gum was left in the vehicle as recognition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience at True-Centre. They turned what could have been a really bad day into a good one. I was basically stranded with my truck and needed to be somewhere. They helped me by getting me up and running in no time. I really felt fortunate to have come across this shop. Kudos to Crystal and Shawn. You saved my bacon. I am very grateful.

Great communication. Even though I booked an appointment online, they followed up with a phone call to discuss details about the service (transmission fluid change). It ended up being cheaper than quoted due to less fluid being replaced. I can feel the difference.

Air conditioner not working. Brought in and they recharged it added a product to check for leaks. Ran it for a week or so and seems fine so far. Friendly knowledgeable.

To anyone looking to repair exhaust manifold leaks (ram truck) look no further.
Had my truck manifolds replaced by true-centre service and my ram hasn't sounded this good (quiet) since new......price was right and service was great no suprises here.

Thanks True-centre, experience was great!

Yes, you were travelling back home to New Brunswick. Our tire sensor light came on saying low tire pressure. We were in North Bay on Highway 11 when we seen the sign true centre tire repair. The three ladies working the reception desk was able to book us in right away. The technician (Alex) was able to locate and repair the slow leak. All of the staff at true centre are knowledgeable, friendly courteous, and treated us great. we’re on our way in under an hour great staff.

Just posting my review from facebook to google.

2000% recommend!!!! By far the BEST service I have ever received from a shop!!!! They truly take pride in caring for their customers and their vehicles. They are very thorough in their inspections of vehicles. They also provide pictures and videos. As someone who needs & wants to know everything about her vehicle this is great! They are very transparent about EVERYTHING!!!
Kaylee, the service manager has gone above and beyond for me. She's very personable and understanding and very knowledgeable as well. Shawn was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, and although I didn't speak with him personally he took great care of my van for me. I did meet one of their other mechanics named Cody, who took me for a drive in my van because of a concern I was having and upon him driving it, he was able to notice what I was noticing. The folks at true centre definitely know their stuff. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy shop with excellent customer service, look no further! These are the people that you want working on your vehicle.
Hands down the best place to go!

Fair price and great service. The team at True Center was very professional and communicative. I was provided an estimate for the work before it began, and they kept me informed throughout the repair process.
I will definitely be back.

We were travelling on hwy 69 and broke down. We decided to have the truck towed to True Centre in North Bay as it was highly recommended to us by family. Not knowing what to expect we were told it was an electrical problem which was easily diagnosed and repaired by Cody in a day which was important to us as we were travelling. Shout out to reception for updating us as soon as possible on the repairs that were done. Now we will be recommending True Centre to others. Prices were very reasonable and service was very friendly and honest by all. I would definitely recommend True Centre if you are tired of dealers rates. Thank you Alex and entire team for making this a great experience.

Very friendly staff, especially Crystal and their fantastic manager Kaylee. Easily the best automotive repair shop that I've visited in the North Bay area.

Complimentary loaner vehicles are available, free shuttle service in town, and there is even a slushie machine and other complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. What more could you ask for?

Excellent customer service and friendly staff, I liked how I was given options as to what had to be done and what can wait. Crystal and Neil were my contacts and were particularly great to deal with. Will definitely go back.

True North Services provided excellent service. I was scheduled for 8am appt. Being I needed a front end alignment. I received a call by 10 am my car was finished. I would highly recommend True North Service to anyone. Thanks

First time customer. Their staff is very friendly. Provided good customer service with a smile. Staff took time to explain the issues they discovered, and explained all charges. They listened to my concerns, and addressed them right away.

Through these doors walk a dedicated team of individuals, is just not enough to describe the team at true centre. The dedication that is clearly shown in each individual screams volumes in my eyes. From the front counter to the back shop. It's a family feel. Your at home. Come in sit down with them and you truly experience excellent service. I can't say enough good things about the team here. This has to be the best team in town and I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again true centre. Till next time. ❤️

I had a great experience with Alex during my car purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me inspect the vehicle from a mechanical point of view before I made my decision. He carefully checked the engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and other important components, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand.
His honest advice gave me confidence that I was making the right choice, and he never rushed or pressured me. If you’re buying a used car and want someone who genuinely looks out for your best interests, I highly recommend Alex. His expertise and attention to detail made the whole process much less stressful.

Always had great service there for the 30 years I have been using them. The ladies at the front are always so nice and polite too. The service manager comes and explains everything to you and the mechanics are always top notch on the repairs.

Very professional and friendly service. I spoke directly with the technician and was automatically provided with a description, photos and videos describing the issues and repair. Take all of your vehicle needs to them!

True-Centre is now my go-to garage. They work well with my warranty and do a lot of the heavy lifting concerning insurance and coverage of work. I also really appreciate the diagnostic report being emailed to me, so I have a clear picture of what is going to need work and what should be prioritized.

I love that they loan a car out to you if you need work on your vehicle but need transportation; this has been a life saver for me as I drive to Temiscaming and back everyday. The mechanics also have no issue explaining things if needed and a HUGE shout-out to Kalee as she's been a huge help in figuring stuff out for my car with scheduling and warranty coverage. The waiting room also offers complimentary beverages; hot or cold. Their prices are a little higher than average garages in the area, but factoring in how smoothly things go with servicing, I don't mind paying a little bit more. They are a business, after all, and have to pay their employees.

I can't recommend them enough!!!
