Had some muffler work done with these guys a while back and they identified my worn muffler was still under warranty and honoured the warranty when the shop that originally did the work would not honour the warranty. Very easy to work with and the slushy machine is the cherry on top. Would highly recommended

The besr service available. Started when booking an appointment till the end. Everything was explained clearly including pictures of the damaged parts. I had a tough experience last week when they delayed the service on my vehicle and then did not perform the service properly. But to their credit, once management heard what happened, they contacted me immediately, appologized and offered to make things right. I went back yesterday, they fixed my vehicle properly and swiftly at no charge and loaned me vehicle while they were doing it. Good on them for admitting their wrong and rectifying it.

Was able to get an appointment much quicker than expected. Vehicle was quickly repaired while I waited and was given a 42 point inspection which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Found two items needed repair and appointment was arranged within a week. Was offered a courtesy vehicle again not expected but will use. Estimated cost seems reasonable as compared to dealer price in fact $800 cheaper. Been going to garages for $45+ years never received a goody bag on way home. Will definitely be back

Superb customer service. Sam at the front desk very professional and helped me out-thanks man. Brought my vehicle in for warranty and they effectively worked out my problems with my vehicle and got my differential fixed. Thanks to the tech; I believe it was Shawn. I was also provided with a loaner car, not a lot of places do that so I do appreciate that. It was quite the costly repair so thank god it was covered. True centre definitely stands out on the inside aswell, place is sick!

After an overnight stop in North Bay en route to Nova Scotia, my 1987 Toyota Van wouldn't start. My wife's Google search led us to True Centre. The CAA tow truck driver who brought us to True Centre validated our choice. A " peace of mind " inspection revealed brake and suspension issues beyond the loose battery terminal which prevented ignition. Monica at the service counter put her feelers out for parts, some of which were challenging/ nigh on impossible to obtain, especially on short notice. My wife, Skye, also contributed vitally to this search. Supplied with the necessary parts, Andre the mechanic really dug into the repairs and did first rate work. We are grateful for his care and interest in our 37 year old vehicle and made the rest of our journey to Nova Scotia without incident. Highly recommended!

We found this company on Google while traveling through North Bay recently. We needed a "Peace of mind" inspection and an oil change. Our vehicle is a 1987 Toyota van. Post inspection, we learned that some parts were needed in order to continue our journey to Nova Scotia. Monica was VERY helpful sourcing our parts which is not an easy endeavor! She was professional and kept us informed as our van was being serviced. Andre, the mechanic, is very skilled and his enthusiasm is so appreciated. He repaired and serviced our van and we made it safely back to NS without incident. My husband and I both highly recommend True Centre Auto Service. I especially like the Post Inspection Report! Broke town outside of town on a Friday of a long weekend. Called and had CAA tow me to the garage. The mechanic took a quick look and let me know what was wrong but unfortunately could not repair. Did not charge me anything for the service .

I had the best service ever! I was provided with a shuttle to work that morning and when it came to come pick me up that afternoon their shuttle wasn’t available so they sent a cab at their cost. There was a report submitted by text and by email with pictures and extensive details of their findings. They also did an excellent follow up. The stickers for the next oil change and tire torque are clear and legible. The little goody bag and pack of gum in my vehicle was a nice touch.
