This shop is great at finding issues I wasn't aware of, but needed addressing. They don't recommend unnecessary work. Very fair prices and people who are pleasant to deal with. Detailed reports of work done, they even send a video clip of what needs to be worked on.

My son had an issue with his car and because we are not from North Bay, I had to find a garage that I could trust. They were very pleasant to deal with, they were very quick at booking my son’s car in and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the photos with the estimate. It showed me what was needed to be repaired and the quote was very reasonable. If my son needs to have his car serviced again, we will not hesitate to go back. So, for parents who have kids at Nipissing or at Canadore with a car, do not hesitate to call on True Centre. Very easy to deal with over the phone.

I can’t say enough about how well I was treated by this business. From Sam setting up my appointment to the wonderful job Jason did on my muffler. They were so helpful and efficient . Their customer service skills are off the charts. They treat you like your business really matters to them. I highly recommend them to everyone. (And the swag bag they left in my car at the end was so surprising. I have never received anything like that from any other business !) Amazing experience!!!

Great honest service from all staff. We brought in a 2019 Micra thinking the transmission was done. Turns out it was the lines. Could of cost t thousands of dollars but it was less then 1000$. Can't express how relieved I was. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE. Eric

1st time going to true center auto and I was blown away. Very friendly and welcoming, they were knowledgeable and able to provide a rough cost before going in and stayed true to the cost, the car was clean when we got it back (in the past at other auto places there has been grease on the seat etc.), and they called to schedule a pickup as soon as the vehicle was done instead of waiting until the end of the day. Very impressed and we will be going back. Not to mention the pack of gum that was left for us in the car, not necessary but very nice perk.

I was looking for a local garage after becoming unhappy with the service I had been receiving at the dealership. I found True Centre through Google and, based on the strong reviews, decided to give them a try. I needed several things done (front brakes, oxygen sensor, and an axle repair), and I was not disappointed. All of the work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price (significantly better than the dealership). The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. During a road test, they identified an additional issue I wasn’t aware of and had it fixed the same day. Overall, they came across as honest and trustworthy. I can confidently say I’ve found the garage I’ll be using going forward.

This was an incredibly memorable repair experience. They thoughtfully prepared a backup car for me in advance, considering the distance I had to travel. The staff at the shop were always patient, smiling as they addressed my questions, even though I repeated many of them several times. This is a trustworthy place—arriving here feels like meeting an old friend or coming back home. It was truly an excellent repair experience.

Brake failure happened just before new year, never been to Ttue-Centre Auto Service but they were open. Didn't promess me anything but offered to take vehicle in and look at it. Few hours later I had cost of repairs and pictures showing me the defective parts. Excellent service, professional people all the way.

Buying a used vehicle sometimes can be stressful as you are unaware if or what could go wrong. I was having some confusing electrical issues with my car. Fixing one issue revealed another, and this happened a few times. At first I kind of thought I might be getting fleeced because I'm a woman and admittedly don't know much beyond the basics for that kind of thing. They were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle while the problems were sorted out and were able to clearly explain what they thought caused the failure, which helped clarify everything. By the time everything was said and done, the cost was reasonable, and the staff were pleasant to work with.
