I was looking for a local garage after becoming unhappy with the service I had been receiving at the dealership. I found True Centre through Google and, based on the strong reviews, decided to give them a try. I needed several things done (front brakes, oxygen sensor, and an axle repair), and I was not disappointed. All of the work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price (significantly better than the dealership). The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. During a road test, they identified an additional issue I wasn’t aware of and had it fixed the same day. Overall, they came across as honest and trustworthy. I can confidently say I’ve found the garage I’ll be using going forward.

This was an incredibly memorable repair experience. They thoughtfully prepared a backup car for me in advance, considering the distance I had to travel. The staff at the shop were always patient, smiling as they addressed my questions, even though I repeated many of them several times. This is a trustworthy place—arriving here feels like meeting an old friend or coming back home. It was truly an excellent repair experience.

Brake failure happened just before new year, never been to Ttue-Centre Auto Service but they were open. Didn't promess me anything but offered to take vehicle in and look at it. Few hours later I had cost of repairs and pictures showing me the defective parts. Excellent service, professional people all the way.

Had a couple of visits to True-Centre Auto Service and the service continues to be respectful and helpful. Buying a used vehicle sometimes can be stressful as you are unaware if or what could go wrong. I was having some confusing electrical issues with my car. Fixing one issue revealed another, and this happened a few times. At first I kind of thought I might be getting fleeced because I'm a woman and admittedly don't know much beyond the basics for that kind of thing. They were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle while the problems were sorted out and were able to clearly explain what they thought caused the failure, which helped clarify everything. By the time everything was said and done, the cost was reasonable, and the staff were pleasant to work with.

Had some muffler work done with these guys a while back and they identified my worn muffler was still under warranty and honoured the warranty when the shop that originally did the work would not honour the warranty. Very easy to work with and the slushy machine is the cherry on top. Would highly recommended

True Centre not only took me in last min for my winter tires they were able to find me better tires. Along with their polite and helpful staff the shop notified me of a potential future issue that I needed to address right away for safety. Was able to get an appointment much quicker than expected. Vehicle was quickly repaired while I waited and was given a 42 point inspection which was not expected but greatly appreciated. Found two items needed repair and appointment was arranged within a week. Was offered a courtesy vehicle again not expected but will use. Estimated cost seems reasonable as compared to dealer price in fact $800 cheaper. Been going to garages for $45+ years never received a goody bag on way home. Will definitely be back

Superb customer service. Sam at the front desk very professional and helped me out-thanks man. Brought my vehicle in for warranty and they effectively worked out my problems with my vehicle and got my differential fixed. Thanks to the tech; I believe it was Shawn. I was also provided with a loaner car, not a lot of places do that so I do appreciate that. It was quite the costly repair so thank god it was covered. True centre definitely stands out on the inside aswell, place is sick!
