True-Centre is now my go-to garage. They work well with my warranty and do a lot of the heavy lifting concerning insurance and coverage of work. I also really appreciate the diagnostic report being emailed to me, so I have a clear picture of what is going to need work and what should be prioritized. I love that they loan a car out to you if you need work on your vehicle but need transportation; this has been a life saver for me as I drive to Temiscaming and back everyday. The mechanics also have no issue explaining things if needed and a HUGE shout-out to Kalee as she's been a huge help in figuring stuff out for my car with scheduling and warranty coverage. The waiting room also offers complimentary beverages; hot or cold. Their prices are a little higher than average garages in the area, but factoring in how smoothly things go with servicing, I don't mind paying a little bit more. They are a business, after all, and have to pay their employees. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Recently got new tires and brake work, and I'll absolutely be going back. The mechanics know what they're doing, and the service advisors are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even have comfortable waiting room with drinks and snacks. If you don't have time to wait, they'll arrange either a ride or a loaner car. Car problems suck, but these folks make it a lot easier.
